If you haven't noticed, most upscale restaurants specifically have healthy or low calorie options to choose from. But what do you do if you don't want the low calorie meals but still want to be mindful of your calories?
First of all, remember you can always ask the waiter/waitress. They should know about the different dishes served at the restaurant and be able to tell you the healthier choice. Second, you can always add vegetables as a side instead of french fries. This will surely cut calories. Third, you can AVOID all-you-can-eat buffets or steakhouses that serve big portions.
